I enjoyed this video it certainly gives a balanced perspective. Whilst I appreciate the WKF as athletes and no doubt some are very capable combatants. But I think the debarcle of the Olympic incident has dampened the public perception of Karate. I feel that the Karate combat format has once again show the effectiveness of karate in the context of the ability to deliver impact.
